I am a professionally qualified Chartered Accountant presently working as General Manager (Finance, Accounts, Internal Audit and MIS) at Bengaluru based public sector undertaking dealt with procurement, processing and sale of seeds. The company is having 34 branches spread across the state of Karnataka with a Head Office at Bengaluru.

I am having more than 20 years post qualification experience (18 years in public sector undertakings) in the field of accounting, auditing, taxation, budgeting, financial concurrence of proposals, finalization of accounts, tendering and negotiations, payroll activities, monitoring the project cost, insurance activities, cost proposals, finalization of supply orders and contracts, payments to vendors, treasury management, fixation of price of products, finalization of contract, collections of funds, Interactions with auditors, MIS Reports etc.,

Presently, I am heading the finance department of the company besides other activities such as financial concurrence, tendering and negotiations, fixation of price of products, finalization of supply orders, management of working capitals, preparation of Board Papers, preparation of cost proposals, preparation and finalization of accounts, presenting accounts to Board, payment to suppliers/contractors, payroll activities, budgeting, taxations, fund management, treasury management, insurance activities, dealing with banks, interactions with Auditors, interaction with government departments, MIS etc.,
