Project planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling of project activities.
Identification of milestone through project schedule (MS Project) in line with the project completion date, organize internal kick-off meeting.
Organize and maintain accurate filing systems for all Project activities, manage all project correspondence, drawings, reports, and other Project documentation as requested.
Assist to coordination meetings and technical meetings, write down and distribute meeting reports.
Preparing technical and commercial comparisons.
Understand and send the detailed inquiry to various vendors as per the technical feedback.
Follow up with vendors and deliver material before the deadline.
Involved in vendor development as and when require during procurement of material.
Establish and maintain a supplier’s database.
Prepare financial reporting (cost reviews), maintain budget follow-up, prepare order requests and treatment of invoices.
Assist the Residential Construction Manager (RCM) in the set-up and follow-up of the planning.
Expediting project and engineering issues by coordination with multiple levels of management.
Establish group and individual relationship with local statutory departments for smooth operations in future
Develop and deliver progress report (monthly/weekly), proposals, presentations, etc.
Scrutinize drawings and coordination with consultants.
Raise requisitions for material and services as per schedule of activities, material testing work etc., and reconciliation of construction materials.
Keep out the BOM of the whole project for mechanical works as well as electrical (With knowledge of ASME, ASTM&API. Codes send the material requirement to procurement department for further execution of project.
Taking an approval of design procedure as well as drawings approvals.
Doing a project review meeting with client and contractors to short out the problems.
Give a technical advice to manufacturer according to special requirement of client.
Coordinate with clients and contractors for execution of project.
Taking a follow up from the contractors during execution of project.
Involved in finalization of sub-contractor agency.
Provide a scope of work to the contractors.
Control the contractor activities.
Taking a follow up from the Inspection Agencies.
Giving proper call to Inspection Agencies.
Close coordination with QA for TPI conducted and IRN receipt (Inspection Release Note) against various work orders.
Billing preparation, which is submitted to client for the approval.
Checking the bills and variation claims of contractors and suppliers and certification for the same.
Liasoning with client and contractors for daily functioning of the project.
Proven ability to perform in a technical role, possess good written and oral communication skills, and have a thorough of industry practices and regulations.
