i do manage people up to their profiles as everyone is different and have his power point in his character and my job is to find it and motivate it with encourage to be able to show his results in a professional manner
also clients are different as some needs to get enclose with them to know their real needs as making a long relation between client and the bank depends on his loyalty which always needs to be there
i love my work as it makes me treat with all kinds of characters and i feel happy with this job
sometimes i need to have a new challenge which makes me more focus and determine to win as i am a winning person and don't believe that failure is only in mind and if you can put in your mind that you are winner then you will act as is
i like to read novels for old writers like Naguib Mahfouz,Anis mansour,as the way of writing is always makes me feel i am in the story
