15 years of retail experience ranging from sales & KPI team performance management. On site operational management including P&L, stock control, recruitment, H&S and Loss prevention. I have also been responsible for team development and training, delivering training to large groups and organising external vendors. In recent roles such as O2 and Disney, I have developed and designed physical and e-learning material for store population covering all aspects of the business such as H&S, sales, product knowledge and up-skilling. This in turn has required strong focus on stakeholder relationship development.
