• Experienced in providing technical leadership & creativity from inception through launch of process design/optimization projects
• Skilled in utilizing innovative processing technology for delivering competitive advantage through new processes or products, quality/shelf life improvements, yield improvements, and/or other cost reductions
• Gained proficiency with process simulation software i.e. Pro II, ASPEN HYSYS, ASPEN PLUS, ASPEN FLARENET, PPM, HTRI
• Achievement oriented professional with excellent people management skills and capability to manage change with ease
