My career objective is to lead one of the following departments of a leading food company; the quality assurance, product development, production, business development, inspection or supply chain.

I am currently working as Quality Assurance and Development Manager for TAB Food, which is the master franchise of Burger King, BK Café, Popeyes, Sbarro and Arby’s restaurants in Turkey, China, Macedonia, Cyprus, Georgia and brand owner of Usta Donerci restaurants in Turkey. My responsibilities in this position cover the new, innovative and customer desired product development, approval of new and potential suppliers, conducting audits of suppliers and restaurants, dealing with both customer complaints and food safety issues and decreasing the material costs by improving the supplier operations or developing a new one, pest control and regulatory affairs. I have improved 70 of new suppliers, launched over 350 new products and managed 150 suppliers. I led and managed the development of Burger King, Popeyes, Sbarro, Arby’s, BK Café and Usta Donerci restaurants in different countries. The number of all restaurants has been increased from 105 to 1450 over the past 12 years.
