To describe myself in a nutshell, I am having over 20 years of experience in Strategic Project Management, Business Process Management, Business Excellence, Techno-Commercial Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Risk Management, General Administration, Cost Optimization, Business Development, Vendor Management, Resource Management and Manpower Management.
Throughout my professional career, I have demonstrated continuous success in handling the entire Project Management initiatives right from conceptualization, strategic & project planning within the set parameters and operational analysis. I have demonstrated strength in handling various projects from the feasibility to the implementation stage, project management life cycle, defining project scope, assessing and managing risks.
I have also consistently proven my ability in creating a culture for Business Excellence in the organization and enabling the organization to achieve its stated Vision through a structured framework and effective mentoring.

With sound technical background, I always look forward to adopt and adapt to the new wave of
technology for its day-to-day application. I have been providing technical leadership to Proposal
Engineering and Estimation team and have motivated resources to perform to the fullest potential. I always endeavor to strive for quality, innovation and apply process and discipline towards optimizing performance.
