I, hereby, will introduce myself as a telecom Professional with a wide experience of 10 years in the field of transmission networks, covering an area of knowledge in Network Configuration, Planning, Commissioning, Operation, Maintenance and Performance (KPI/SLA) monitoring.

I have upgraded my expertise to the level that now I am handling the Project RFP reviews, drafting SOW, handling Jobex Meetings, Responding to Pre-Bid clarifications and acting as an active member of the pre-qualification workshops for various network solutions.

I have exclusive skill of root cause analysis for the network faults. I am well known for the network traffic engineering and advanced network solutions/recommendations. I have a specialized reporting skill that strengthen the processes of smooth network operation and help in managing the network up-grades, spares management etc.

Beside familiarity with network EMS/NMS Systems, I have got enough knowledge of Remedy Systems, Inventory Management Systems, Event Management Systems, Service Order Management Systems and BOSS Solutions System.

Best Technical Writing is one of my key art that I proved by winning the best technical writer award in a competition arranged by ZTE in year 2008. I quite feel at home while studying the network in depth and I have a gifted mind with innovation and ideas of enhancements. I feel proud to be the Gold Prize Winner Award Holder in Innovative Ideas competition arranged by STC in Dec 2011.
