Project Co-ordination
 Coordinating the project activities and drawing specifications with the clients to ensure drawings are per the specifications of clients.
 Track project-progress; hold review meetings to ensure deadlines are being met. Deliver the project as per parameters specified by the client.
 Finalizing budget and time schedules for promotional activities and ensure completion of task as per scheduled parameters.

Liaison/Coordination
 Liaising with contractors, consultants for getting approvals for prototype, making necessary modifications in product, releasing same for commercial operations and construction.
 Interfacing with external agencies, clients, architects & consultants on determining technical specifications, 8 for smooth of operations.

People Management
 Leading, recruiting & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in project operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
 Conducting trainings to educate field engineers and accordingly schedule the training calendar.
