A seasoned HSE Professional with over 10 years of professional practical experience working on large construction projects ranging from Oil and Gas production, exploration and construction projects, Civil/Construction and Engineering Infrastructure projects including Bridges, Highways, Roads, Street lightening, Injection Substation, Sewer Lines, Storm Water Lines, Service Lines, Drainage systems, High Rise Buildings, Housing (Mixed used), Plants, Equipment and Civil Infrastructure projects. Health Safety and Environmental Audits in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) 18001:2007 Standards, Guidelines and Implementation.
I am responsible for the planning, coordination, communication, implementation, maintaining and establishment of occupational safety, health and environmental management system to assure the highest possible degree of employees health and safety.
I am a Member of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (MISPoN), American Society of Safety Engineers (MASSE), World Safety Organization (MWSO), Safety Institute of Australia (MSIA). A World Safety Organization Certified Safety Technician (WSO-CST), NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH IOGC Certified, OSHA General Industry Health and Safety Professional, OSHA Oil and Gas Health and Safety Professional, OSHA Construction Health and Safety Professional, IRCA Certified Lead Auditor (OHSAS 18001:2007) Auditor/Lead Auditor with the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA), and a Certified Generalist OHS Professional (COHSProf) with the Safety Institute of Australia (SIA). A Fellow of the International Safety Quality Environment Association (FISQEM), a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) and a Chartered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
