I am a highly organized, creative and motivated professional with extensive experience in Business Administration, Communication and Compliance with a bilingual in Arabic(Native) and English.

In my role, I have involved in Business Administration & Communications strategies and supervisory the company teams enhancing their communication and strategies to introduce the best performance and service to the company’s customers. Also, I worked on restructuring the company administration system such as staffing, facilities, employee engagement, database management, planning, purchasing, etc. In addition, I was responsible for maintaining the company Polices, as well as developing new procedures to increase the relationships and communication among the employees and the external environment. I also keep a close eye on the external relation for the company such as our client and how we can provide the best services for them. I also wrote a handbook for the employees of the company guiding them in all company procedures, policies and made inductions courses for the new employees.
