Profile
My main responsibility is to manage the hotel's learning & development function to support & equip my team with the knowledge, skills and behavior to deliver Great Hotels Guests Love. This includes delivering, coordinating and facilitating training activities for the hotel staff such as Brand Service trainings and Leadership Programs.
I also analyze guest feedback tools for training gaps and set up training plans for them and developed a competent of qualified departmental trainers and establish a hotel system for generating training data and evaluating results.
In addition, I also liaise with educational institutions and made successful professional partnerships on intern/practicum related issues to provide real world hospitality experience.
Aside from creating a learning culture, I also facilitate monthly team activities (internal and external) to encourage work life balance.
