I am a Food and beverage operations manager with more than 27 years of F&B and ***** hotel experience
My main objective is, to work in a large, reputable company in a suitable position, which meets my qualifications in Customer Service and F&B operations Management.
I have been in the F&B business since 1985, worked in different concepts and positions, kitchen and service. (continental, Tai, fish market restaurant, Pub steak house, French, Italian, Lebanese, Deli & coffee shop, catering....)
In 1993 I traveled to Nigeria in the position of general chef.
I have strong experience in starting new projects, dealing with interior designer and contractors, recruitment, team building and training till handing it over for operation.
I have successfully passed many management & budget trainings in five star hotels.
In 1995 I came to Dubai with Dubai Marine beach resort and SPA, as an Arabic manager in charge of the Arabic outlets and the big community events.
My last position was F&B operations manager.
Most of my experience in Dubai was in five star hotels. (Still living in Dubai)
