Six-sigma Greenbelt and I have an excellent knowledge in lean manufacturing; Operation Management includes training workshops, project management, Supply Chain, Supplier development. Continuous improvement projects.
In 2015, I have developed a SPEED strategy deployment model “Strategic Planning Elements and Enablers of Deployment”.
It is a collective model includes most of the strategic planning tools such as SWOT analysis, RACI charts, ERM and other tools in order to define at which level the management team should use each tool, what are the roles and responsibilities for each function within the organization and the cascading strategy to the entire organization.
