My experience in Petroleum Refining Industry is over 20 years involving the following:

1. Troubleshooting / Debottlenecking of distillation columns, heat exchangers, pumps and centrifugal compressors.
2. Component Blending stream optimization studies to reduce quality give away in gasoline and diesel.
3. Energy Improvement studies for improving the energy efficiency of crude preheat train network, Aromatics comples.
4. SMART M Implementation to monitor the operation of Shell Refineries remotely with respect to Safety, Reliability, Margin and Energy
5. Panel operation and Emergency handling in Hydrogen and Diesel Hydrotreater unit
6. Shift Engineer in FCCU engaging maintenance team (Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation) for startup, shut down of the unit and hand over of the equipment for cold and hot jobs during normal operation.
7. Adequacy Check of Relief valves for the higher throughput case and plant modifications.
8. Hazop study of various plants.
9. Worked in Technical department of Saudi Aramco evaluating new crude oil for the pricing and the development of Road map for Euro V fuel quality in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
10. Worked in Foster Wheeler India Limited performing hydraulic studies and issue of data sheets for pumps.
