I am a Techno-Commercial professional having education in B.Tech (chemical Technology), M.Tech (Industrial Engineering), MBA (Finance) from institutes of repute with 32 year experience.

I am currently employed as President - Operations at Sintex BAPL Ltd- Ahmedabad, one of the well-known plastic end products manufacturing company in India.

I am responsible for operations Plastic Manufacturing of 6 multi-location plants and 2 outsourcing units spreading across 5 diverse verticals and 2 SBUs and sales revenue around INR 12000 million.
I am reported by 9 reportees and I report to CEO and Board. In my span I have a strength of 2800 workmen and 212 staff across all verticals and all locations of operations.

I have worked across different industrial segments i.e.. Glass & Ceramics, Food Products, Power Cables and Textile. This has helped in my versatility to quickly grasp the nuances Business operations.
