I am a well qualified, seasoned Change Management & Employee Engagement Expert and Techno Commercial HR professional based at Mumbai India.

I have rich experience of HR cum Business /Operations handling Global profile with reputed business houses e.g. ISPAT Group /Global Steel Holdings Ltd (Mittals), Khatau Group (Indokem & Refnol), Mandhana and PARLE as Top Management Team member multi- tasking as Group President -HR and Executive Director. Implemented 03 cycles of SAP-HR modules. Recruited upto MD, CEO level professionals.

I am PhD (Organisational Behaviour), B Tech (Aero), MBA-HR, Black Belt-Lean Six Sigma. Apart from TPM & TQM , I have also done Data Analytics from IIT-Mumbai and currently pursuing Piping Engineering from IIT-Mumbai completing in December (weekend cum convenient online classes)..

Currently I am working with Ashapura Minechem Ltd as Group VP-HR and also heading a Chemical Manufacturing SBU of Rs 350 Cr turn over.
