I am well experienced with Hospital Management portfolio and would like to have a chance to work and contribute my knowledge to your Hospital. I holding a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration .Major: Quality Management, a Master Degree in Quality Management System and Experience in Healthcare Management and settings, I am confident in my ability to become a valuable asset to your distinguished team.
I have a deep understanding of and experience in working in Hospitals as well as a broad knowledge about management issues. I was a quality and HR manager in Al Salama Hospital (JCI accredited) in which I gave an exceptional contribution to the Hospital’s success. I worked for Al Salama Hospital for more than 7 years. (My total experience is 24 years)
In my journey for Health care management, I achieve:
• Prepare the hospital for Joint Commission Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations,
• Attend International Practicum on Quality Improvement and Accreditation (for joint commission international – Abu Dhabi December 2007),
• Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award 2005.
• Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award - Appreciation Award 2004.
• Upgrade ISO standard from ISO 9002/1994 to Standard ISO 9001/2000 September 2003. And September 2006
• Achieve all the Routine surveillance visits from the certification body (Lloyed’s Register) Against ISO 9002/1994 from 2002 till 2007.
• Furthermore, my strong attributes include:
o Member of Medical Education Committee, Ministry of Health, UAE Abu Dhabi, from 2001 to 2006
o Team Leader, Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award form 2002 till date.
o Team Leader Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance – ADAEP in the first season 2007
