I am detail-oriented technocrat with over four years of experience in IT domain supporting business solution software and analyzing business operations. I have proven experience in requirement gathering, business analysis & business process improvement, system gap analysis and enhancements, designing, development, testing and maintenance of client applications by utilizing strong prioritization skills and analytical ability to achieve the goal. Throughout my career I am associated with TCS as Business Analyst dealing with major clients across geographies

I have good amount of experience in IT Services, Business Analysis, data analysis, requirement gathering, requirement analysis, functional testing, UAT and client management. I am adept at application such as Prime /JIRA which is being used to create product backlogs, epics, user story, logging defects and ensuring deliver of product as per agile framework and working on Katalon tool for testing of functional test cases. 

I have hands on experience in Balsamiq tool for creating wireframes and also have knowledge of preparing use case diagram.
 
I also possess strong interpersonal skills that help in effectively interacting with the customers, business consultants and product development team to provide the ultimate solution for clients over major market like US, APAC, Europe, LATAM and MEA. Hence, I am eager to put my skills to work in a capacity that will allow me the opportunity to further my professional development.
