Experienced finance professional with proven track record in the manufacturing sector over 15 years, including 5 years in senior leadership roles, I started my career with a strong focus on finance, I am pursuing chartered accountant from ACCA,UK. I have a strong operational background, especially in controlling and enhancing business processes as well as reviewing financial data for reporting on forecasts, actual, global revenues, pricing, Taxation, Pre-Opening and financial analysis, cost containment, and revenue enhancement and CBU business plans, thereby facilitating strategic financial growth of organisations.

Strategic Management: Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; develops action plans. Recommends and provides strategic guidance and direction to management; establishes functional objectives in line with organizational objectives. Formulates Financial policies and procedures

Treasury & Operational function: responsible for management of funds, and ensuring liquidity for all operational needs. Responsible for monthly and annual budgeting and guiding divisions in the development of their budgeting activities. Responsible for all debtor and creditor management. Responsible for stock management and monthly stock takes.

Fund-raising: Responsible for actively raising funds (grants and soft loans) from relevant financial institutions for the company.

Record Keeping and Financial Reporting: Develops efficient accounting system and keeps records of following financial transactions: Credit Control and Manufacturing accounts. Reports financial status by developing forecasts; Reports results (financial statements) monthly, quarterly and annually; analyses variances; developing improvements. Manages Internal and External Audits.

Working Capital Management: Manages Inventory, Debtors, Creditors, Product costing and Cash flow. Manages assets.

Human Resources: Develops finance strategies for human resources by determining accountabilities; communicating and enforcing sound financial values, policies, and procedures; work closely with and provides support to HR.

Company Secretarial duties: responsible for the Company secretarial functions and statutory requirements, which includes all legal aspects, insurance, tax returns, VAT and Human Resources, committee and board meeting obligations.
