I am a Graduate Civil Engineering and having 7 years of professional experience in quantity surveying, tendering, and construction supervision projects of major civil works. I have extensive experience in estimation of project cost and preparation of BoQ, rate analysis, finding unit rates of items, processing IPCs of the contractors, preparing variation orders, assist Contract Specialist in handling EOT cases, rate analysis of extra items, contract correspondences and documentation. Also prepared cash flow statements and responsible for progress monitoring and documentation and preparation of progress report. I have good knowledge of claims assessment and negotiations. I am also responsible for taking all measures required to control the project cost and time over-runs. I examine the claims of the contractor, variation orders/change of scope, if any, and approves the progress reports as per the project requirements, updating of project cost, approving the measurement of all items of works executed in different stages for payment purpose, cost estimation. He has gained useful exposure to Contract and well conversant with relevant IRC and MoRT&H standards and Technical Specifications.
