I am Dilip Patel and my career in the creating cost efficient production realm spans over 14 years of experience. Since then I've held various roles from a Jr. Engineer to Sr. Manager - Development. My Engineering / Steel Plant Production & Maintenance experience spreads across C.N.C. & V.M.C. Machine Shop Handling, Q.C. dept, customer supporting, final inspection machined & cast condition, supplier material inspection, centrifugal castings production, new die development, ISO /5s process maintaining and internal auditing.
As a self motivated professional, I diligently manage the Hydraulic machinery maintenance work, Industrial Maintenance, Machine Shop & heat treatment dept. planning & handling, Marketing and customer support activities. I am driven by new challenges and a desire to be successful in all my endeavours across a range of organisations in handling production planning and control & procurement (advance material plan), designing and development of centrifugal casting machine both vertical and horizontal and sand, and shell molding casting process development
I enjoy bringing computerized reports to work using ERP, excel, word, email, Auto Cad, presentation. I am equipped with a strong understanding of new concept development, simulation and validation.
