About my work experience
I worked as a Project Manager at different organizations in UAE (SITE TECHNOLOGY, DIMENSION DATA, ALPHA DATA) for about 8 years, here I have worked with different system like structured cabling, Networking devices, Security devices, data center protection devices, Airport security devices, P2P wireless devices etc.

Currently in Daleel Petroleum I took up the challenge of managing the project from project charter creation till project closure. I am creating the SOW for the tendering which will include the specification of the material and detailed write up of the work expected

My job description:
 My current JD is calls for both technical and project management work.
 It starts with the preparation of the business case for new requirement.
 Preparation of the preliminary budget and approval for the project concept creation
 Preparation of the concept and approval from the management
 Preparation of the tender SOW and completing the tender procedure with the tendering committee
 Project Planning with different contractor and project quality assurance
 Managing the project SOW and project reporting to the Management
 Project risk management and issue logs for the future records.
 Project handover from the contractors.
