Dibyendu Sengupta

Dibyendu is an astute techno-managerial professional with more than 16 years of experience working with large and small corporates, research organisations and government bodies in transport and infrastructure roles including engineering, planning, market research, trade and development, policy advocacy, sustainability and capacity building.

In his current role, Dibyendu steers end-to-end management of Transport, Air Quality, Automotive and Logistics requests from organisations willing to enter India across 28 countries of European Union. He possesses in-depth knowledge of the transport, infrastructure, and environment domain including design, engineering and planning, policy, regulatory and statutory compliance, report writing, presentations, proposal writing, business development activities, program management and event management. Besides inter-disciplinary technical and operational knowledge, he is also adept at liaising with Government Agencies, Industry & Trade Associations, Media houses, Professional bodies, NGOs, communities & employee engagement.

In his earlier roles, Dibyendu successfully led and completed more than 50 projects in the US in the Traffic, Transport and Infrastructure domain including corridor studies, environmental impact statements, transport standards and specifications, urban rail projects, long-range planning, road safety and research.
