I have more than 13 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. I joined Fluor Daniel India Pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon in June 2012 as a Design Engineer-1(Lead Engineer-Rotating). Before Joining Fluor Daniel India Pvt. Ltd, I was with Samsung Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. Noida.

As a Rotating equipment Engineer I was responsible for various aspects of design and detail engineering that also includes selection of pumps, mechanical seals, lubrication system as per process application and project philosophy, selection of compressors and its sealing system, machine monitoring system and lubrication system as per process application and project philosophy. Moreover I have also worked on package equipments like centralized heating system, Fire water pumps package, chemical dosing package, cooling towers, Boiler package. My experience includes preparation of the project specifications, Material requisition, Purchase requisition, Data sheets, review of vendor offers, preparation of Technical bid analysis, review of Vendor drawings and documents, review of Final instruction manuals for Pumps (Centrifugal, Reciprocating and Rotary type) , Compressors (Centrifugal and Reciprocating and Screw type), Steam turbines, Blowers and Agitators. I participated in Vendor clarification meetings, Kick – off meetings, Project review meeting. I have good exposure of relevant API codes, Standards & Specifications of EIL/ Shell/GOST-R/Fluor & Russian Specifications. Working on technical paper for vent gas compressor s and sulfur pumps. The behavior of machine is explained with corresponding to service.
Other than technical I have participated in recruitment of rotating and package engineers.
