• Managing end-to-end recruitment of junior, middle management cadre at pan India level which includes activities like
Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting the CVs of the Candidate
Coordinating with the Placement Consultant for CV’s as per requirement of the position.
Pre - Joining and Joining Formalities
Managing and initiating all the pre-joining activities and ensuring a smooth on-boarding experience
Background Verification Check of the Candidate
Coordination with various departments for new joiners’ arrangements for laptops, email ID creation, ID Cards, Visiting Cards etc.
Employee Joining Documentation & Filing for entire Pan India
Updating and maintaining Employee Master Data & various MIS trackers.
Employee Separation
• Issuance of Experience and relieving letters
• Inputs to Payroll for Full & Final settlement
Leave & Attendance Management
• Attendance in every month and maintaining leave and attendance trackers.
• Inputs to Payroll for deductions (Loss of Pay)
Employee Engagement
• Arrangement for Festival and Birthday Celebration to keep the employee engaged and motivated.
• Arrangements of various events, celebrations, seminars, open house with MD.
Employee Relations
• Resolving all queries and grievances of employees within timeline.
• Managing the Statutory compliance with regards to ESIC and PF.
Performance Management
• Managing end-to-end activities for Annual Performance Appraisal.
• Coordination with departmental heads across PAN India for promotion cases, issuance of promotion letters & payroll input to team.
