• Drive the hiring process in a high-volume / time-sensitive environment, managing candidates through the process to have them placed on both contract and permanent assignments
• Responsible for all elements of the hiring process including sourcing, researching, screening, negotiation and post offer follow-up.
• Effectively recruit candidates through job boards (Monster, Workopolis, Indeed), internal database, head-hunting, referrals and networking. Other sourcing strategies include social networking (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) and strategic sourcing methods (Google and X-Ray searching).
• Screened candidates with detailed phone screens evaluating candidate’s compatibility with specific job requirements, meeting them in-person to evaluate them on their behavioural traits so as to ensuring a right fit prior to submission to the client
