Deepak C: Operations

Deepak working as Relationship Manager at Dial Health Drug Supplies handling all the delivery issues and operational issues with the client 'Manipal Health Enterprises' across India. He would be required to establish successful relationship with pharmacy teams across hospitals. His responsibility will include customer & Order Management, coordination with internal operations & logistics team to ensure uninterrupted and smooth supplies of all pharmacies, develop proper order process for the company, create effective grievance resolution mechanism and coordinate with hospital teams to be a bridge between Dial Health and Hospital pharmacies. He also, handle payment reconciliation with the client, inventory planning across all the Dial Health branches and handling operations at unit level.

Previously, Deepak was working as a part of operations team at Opinio handling several HUBs for smooth delivery operations by managing the Delivery Executives and Restaurants. He was a part of Business Development knowing the Restaurants pain point and solving the issues by at most priority and motivating the Delivery Executives to achieve their target deliveries. He is working as a recruiter who makes strategies and on field agent for recruiting Delivery executives for Opinio.

Previously, Deepak was as Assistant Manager at skillZXchange India Pvt. Ltd., he as a core team member have sourced Delivery Executives, have done in-depth Restaurant analysis to know the pain point in delivery services, have developed B2B operational plan to start delivery operations, able to pilot B2B delivery model using ‘whatsapp’ as the communication with restaurants and riders in many locations of Bangalore.

Deepak holds an MBA (Marketing) from Visvesvaraya Technological University (B’lore) and a B.com from Bangalore University.
