Dr Deepak Malhotra is a doctorate in management studies with specialisation in human resources; MBA in human resources; and holds a post graduate diploma in personnel management and industrial relations. Deepak has close to 20 years of cross-industry professional exposure in the best of brands and in all distinctive areas of human resource management.

Deepak has worked in various industries and giant houses. In previous roles, he has been associated with Oberoi hotels, IBM, IL&FS, to name a few. He is currently associated with SREI Group as vice president – human resources.

It is his vision to have an impact on the overall entrepreneurial leadership. He also believes that for leaders in an organisation, engagement is the key to retention. In the current economic scenario it impacts the bottom line through productivity.
