I am an exceptionally motivated and enthusiastic technical writer with more than three years of experience in technical documentation. I hold a Graduate Certificate in Electronics and Communication Engineering (B.E in ECE) and have certifications in technical writing, JNCIA and .net technologies.

In my current role as a technical writer (Information Development Engineer 2) for Juniper Networks, I am responsible for the creation of user manuals and various forms of product and process documentation. I constantly seek ways to improve our written communications and internal processes to drive both efficiency and quality. I am able to juggle multiple projects and work both independently and in a team. An integral part of my role is to liaise and coordinate with the publishing team, engineers, software testers, designers, and marketing team.
