I strive to utilize the fullest of my expertise in end-to-end visualization of the enterprise role-skill architecture, derive talent development needs, design relevant enablement programs and manage its implementation, in collaboration with the concerned stakeholders. I make use of effective feedback management process and tools for learning impact measurement.
Through my profound knowledge and experience in L&D tools and management techniques, I contribute towards improving the operational efficiency of the organization through systematic augmentation of employee’s skills.
