A senior Human Resource Management professional with 32 years of leadership experience in managing human resource operations across Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals and Telecom Infrastructure industries in India and the African continent, possessing enormous exposure to several areas including formalizing, interpreting & implementing HR policies/ regulations, performance management and HR process engineering/re-engineering etc.
Well-versed in strategic management, organizational development, human capital management and conducting organizational assessments, I was last associated as Vice President - HR & Corp. Com with Mahanagar Gas Limited, Mumbai – India, involved in managing HR, Admin, PR, CSR & Corporate Communication functions through a team of 15 members across 19 offices in Mumbai and its suburbs. I have also played a major role in in managing short and long term P&L delivery post revision of Natural Gas Distribution Policy by the Government of India in 2014, implemented Corporate Social Responsibility policy (the “MGL Unnati” program, organizing training for 20 students from the under privileged class to get admission into the IITs) as well as “Flexi-time working”, “Fixed Time Contract Employment” for the first time in the City Gas Distribution industry.
