Currently I am Senior Recruitment Officer in Qatar Ports Management Company (Mwani Qatar), handling Recruitment Process for the whole organisation and manpower planning are my major responsibility as illustrated in the attached resume.
Due to downsizing, I was terminated on 21 December, 2016. My last working day will be end of Jan 2017.

my major tasks are:

1. Managing the whole organisation’s Pre-Recruitment Process as follows:

o Short listing resumes received from LinkedIn , through people or any other
sources according to Manpower Requirements and based on the Job Description.




o Attending Face to Face interviews with shortlisted candidates to evaluate their
competencies and qualifications with the concerned department.

o Preparing Job Offers in line with HR Policy.

2. Managing the whole organisation’s Recruitment Process as follows:
o Issuing letters addressed to CIED, immigration and medical commission to
in order to complete joining formalities for the new joiner.

o Executing the commencement procedures for new joiners and coordinate with
other departments to make all necessary arrangements like office allocation and
furniture, email account, access card, etc.

3. Other Tasks:
o Liaise with all departments to update and create Job Descriptions for existing
and new positions in Manpower Plan

o Monitor the overall recruitment budget and report to Head of Section the filled,
vacant and under process positions in Manpower Plan.

o Meet with focal points from different department to assess the need for
manpower for next year based on last year recruitment status.

o Issue weekly recruitment status report to all departments to provide update on
under process candidates’ progress.
