● Key Skills- Inspection of Surface preparation and Coating system of New Construction & Shutdown/Turnaround which includes Piping, Pipelines, Storage Tank, Structural Steel, Valves, Manifolds, Gas Skid, Pressure reducing station, Heat Exchanger, Vacuum Ejector etc..
● Well versed with Thermal spray aluminum (TSA), Cold spray aluminum, Hot dip galvanizing, Fusion bonded epoxy (FBE), 3LPE (Polyethylene), Glass reinforced epoxy (GRE), Glass flake polyester, Epoxy {zinc-rich, high build polyamide, polyamine mastic/surface tolerant, phenolic, novolac, coal tar, Micaceous iron oxide (MIO)}, Polyurethane, Inorganic zinc silicates, Heat resistant silicone, Silicone Acrylic, Heat shrink sleeves (HTLP80), Cold Wrapping (STOPAQ) and Concrete coating.
