• Responsible for technical directions, team building, project budgeting, planning & management of scope, schedule & quality of work, co-ordination with clients, vendors and different engineering disciplines.
• Including design lead, play vital role at various stages of projects viz. bidding, feasibility studies, site selections & construction supports. Independently perform design assessments and approvals as job demands.
• Experience of complete life cycle of the project, various contexts & contemporary construction practice. Effectively deliver project from concept to completion comprising all detailed drawings, specifications & documents.
• Knowledge of Development Control Rules, Building Regulations of international statutory bodies and relevant Codes of Architectural Practice. Have reasonable knowledge of tender & contract assessment and rate analysis.
