I am a Senior Management Professional with over 3 decades of relevant experience in Project Management, Contract Management, Proposals, Procurement, O&M in Infrastructure oriented organizations.
Currently associated with Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat ., Kabul, Afghanistan as a Project and Procurement Adviser to Company Director on US AID, WORLD BANK , ADB and other Donor Countries Projects Contracts, Materials Management.
I have gained expertise in handling contracts & purchase for Infrastructure works for Power, Transmission Lines, Distribution network , Airports, SEZ including negotiation & awarding activities. In addition I possess excellent experience and skills in Operation & Maintenance of Thermal, Gas Based Combined Cycle, and Diesel Power Stations. I have the ability to provide creative, innovative and forward-thinking leadership in a team environment.
