I have exerted activities of consulting, auditing and public management in the field of water resource management, strategic environmental planning and public funds investing for the sustainable development, materializing achievements reflected in effective and efficient actions reducing the non-revenue water ratio for water supply systems, and transparent implementation of public policies on environmental issues in Colombia and Caribbean countries. Due to the type of challenges I have faced on different engineering projects I developed the ability of strong budgeting, project tracking capabilities and manage interdisciplinary teams, focusing actions on improving the quality, productivity and income for the companies and institutions for which I have worked.
