Construction Company in different-different part of the world from predesign, conceptual to construction and handover
stages, with following task at hand;
Ø Program Manager for Retail Projects with responsible of preparing, developing & tracking project budgets
(cost/hours), tasks and reports.
Ø Understanding of Project briefs, standards, new techniques and educating the team on the same.
Ø Ensuring the suitable resources are deployed on different projects / tasks.
Ø Engaging with Clients on Pre-design & feasibility studies.
Ø Keeping up in regular contact with clients, conducting all stake holder meetings.
Ø Conducting design review & ensuring Code compliance.
Ø Regular Meetings with site Managers / Sub-Contractors at site.
Ø Identify, analyze & respond for the discrepancies & critical issues occurred on site.
Ø Evaluations & approval of shop drawings, Materials & Specifications.
Ø Looking after design approval & cross functional co-ordination.
