Bratik has 15.5 years of experience in several Refinery Units like, CDU/VDU, DCU and Gas Plant, Solvent Deasphalting Unit, Alkylation Unit etc, Bratik has also worked on several other Units like Sour Gas Sweetening, Sour Water Treatment, Fertilizer, Utility and Offsite process design including Basic Engineering, FEED and Detailed Engineering activities.

As a Process Engineer, his experience includes Process Simulation, preparing and checking of process calculations such as Column Sizing,2-3 Phase Separator Sizing, Pump Hydraulics, Safety (Relief) Valve Load Estimation and Sizing, Heat Exchanger Design, Instrument Data Sheet Preparation.

He is also thorough in the preparation of Process Design Basis, Process Data-Sheets, P&IDs, PFDs and UFDs for oil & gas Industry. Participated in several HAZOP studies as Lead Process Engineer.

He is well conversant in process engineering software, such as PRO-II, HYSYS, ProMax, Aspen Plus, HTRI and Flare net.
