Brahim Redouane

Mr. Brahim Redouane has more than (25) twenty-five years’ combined experience (FEED/ EPC & PMC), both domestically and internationally in the senior subcontracts / prime contracts & construction claims management services relating to the execution of large capital intensive and complex projects. He is a senior professional engineer and a certified project management professional (PMP). He has extensive abilities in project management in the engineering, procurement and construction management across a diverse range of industries such as, in particular, gas production/liquefaction (LNG), refining and petrochemicals for Oil & Gas, power generation, mining & aluminum smelting and heavy civil projects. He has proficient contract negotiation skills and solid quantity surveying, contract formation & administration and claims management experience. Extensive experience in identifying, analyzing and preparing construction claims & counterclaims, and disputes for construction and engineering projects. Mr. Redouane has in-depth knowledge of the construction and consulting engineering sector. He is able to concurrently manage various fast track projects involving interdisciplinary coordination, team supervision and leadership, and the planning of work scope and schedules along with budget control. He is a seasoned communicator, result and client oriented. He supports teamwork and enhances the talent and values of his team members.
