• 16 years of gulf oriented industry experience of which 10 years as an Head of MEP/Project Manager in GCC countries and Middle East Area.
• BIM model experience.
• Background to review MEP designs. LEED Certified from USGBC - USA (Leadership in energy and environmental design)
• Experience with document control and project management tools such as Primavera and ERP softwares. PMP Certified from PMI – USA (Project Management Professional)
• Management of all knowledge areas (integration, scope, time, cost, human resoures, quality, communication risk, procurment, steakholder) and processes (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, closing) to reach or exceed project charter and constraints.
• Management of team, manpower, subcontractors and outsources.
