 I specialize in Road Construction & also have sound knowledge in, Repair & Maintenance of Earth Moving, Road laying, Mining, Tunneling, Heavy lift Cranes and Construction equipments. Experienced & Specialized in many Aggregate crushing Plants, Concrete Batching Plants, and Asphalt Production Plants & establishment, in Erection & Production, as Separate cost center, including Paving.
 My expertise is in production of best asphalt mix & paving good & durable riding surface. Experienced with many Production Plants & establishment, Erection & running profitably as Separate cost center.

 I am very dedicated and sincere worker, I like taking up fresh challenges, am fascinated towards Troubleshooting. Difficult intrinsic machines and plant’s is an obsession for me.
 I had joined SEW Infrastructure Ltd – Hawassa-Choku road Project-Ethiopia, as GM - PM for construction, to manage the Project, introduce system, good - transparent working culture. Ensuring production of best asphalt mix & paving good & durable riding surface. The project was straining to produce a good mix, to pave a good road. I observed, studied the lacuna, narrowed the gap, corrected the methodology, attitude to overcome all constraints and with a united force complete in time. But couldn’t succeed due to Organization’s financial position. I quit and returned home on 2.10.14.
 I joined Eagle Deep, Trichy Bypass Tollways India Pvt Ltd.– As Project Manager. Responsible for Execution, Production, Quality & Road laying in Trichy-Madurai–NH45B. Highway project. And Responsible for upkeep, repair & maintenance of road construction plant & Equipments and operations of two Toll Plazas.
