I am currently working as a Transformation Manager (ERP Implementation Consultant) in Tata Consultancy Services. My current job responsibilities is handling end-to-end implementation and Customer Consultation for the ION Solution (TCS Cloud Based ERP Solution) in manufacturing companies in the West Zone that includes following activities


1: Understanding the client business processes (Procurement, Sales and distribution, Production and Planning, Quality, Inventory, Engineering, Finance(AP, AR, GL,

Budget & FA etc.)
2: Mapping of Business with ERP Solution i.e. Solution Fitments.

3: Discussion with Technical team for the new requirement that is not available in solution and helping them in solution development.

4: Uploading Master data and configuration of Solution.

5: Training of End users and Higher Management.

6: Post Implementation Support i.e. Hand holding of end users and management in punching transaction and extracting report.
7: Professional Consulting customer to adopt best practices across the business processes.
