I have implemented and maintained Quality management system based on ISO 9001 standard, Process model CMMi SVC and Development Level 5 and Information Security management system based on ISO 27001 and PCI DSS. I have got good knowledge of ISO/TS/ 16949. Have also driven Process definition groups, Metrics and measurement, Agile Scrum across organization.

Have handled C-sat and Customer complaints.
I have also played role of Management Representative (MR) and Sr. Manager in Business excellence.
