I am a regular English Honors Graduate from Calcutta University and currently pursuing (awaiting for final yr. result) MBA in Human Resource Management from Jaipur National University. From past 9 years, I have been serving at various serving industries, corporates & hospitals as mentioned in the enclosed resume. Throughout my career, I have helped companies mostly as a Manager - Personnel, HR & Admin by doing core compliance & administrative activities: by doing compliance and labour law management of PAN India, liaising with statutory bodies, vendor management, doing cost analysis, preparing SOPs, training the employees, involving in promotional activities & recruiting more than 1000 employees and handled more than 200 team members, doing end-to-end HR activities.

I am currently working with G4S Secure Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. as a Compliance Lead, managing a team to ensure 100 % compliance for employees engaged in our client's location and other compliance management as a Principal Employer.
