At present working as Head of ESH department (Environment, Health & Safety) , and taking care of entire ESH functions for the plant, specifically it includes ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001 & BS 13549 implementation, Monthly ESH review with plant, Incident investigation- Analysis, CAPA implementation, safety training, Inspection & ESH survey of lifting tools- electrical items- scaffolding-PPEs- tools, Framing of ESH policy, ESH Manual, On site Emergency Plan & ESH Procedure, Mock Drills,HIRA & Chemical Risk Assessment, EAIA, Environment Monitoring, waste management & Disposal, Health monitoring & Medical check ups. Vendor selection & evaluation, Contractor safety guideline preparation & implementation, celebration of Safety Day, Environment Day, Road Safety Week etc, PPE guideline with specification to meet International standard requirement & PPE monitoring permit system implementation such as working at height, LOTO, hot work, excavation, confined space.
