He is a post-graduate in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering. He is a graduate member of Institution of Structural Engineers, UK and working towards his chartedship.

Bhaskar is also part of a team which has delivered prestigious projects like "Riyadh Metro" (Riyadh) and "Purple Line Metro Project" (Maryland, U.S). Bhaskar is currently employed with Arcadis India Pvt. Ltd, located in Bangalore.

Bhaskar is accustomed with analysis and design software such as "STAAD.Pro", "LEAP Bridge Concrete", "LUSAS", "Structural Bridge Design" and "Super Stress". He is also familiar with drafting software such as AutoCad, Micro-station and Autodesk Revit .
