More than Twelve years of cross-functional experience in Learning and Development, Training Consultancy and Organization Development.
As an accomplished L&D Professional, he has been leading Learning initiatives across Organizations & Distribution Channels in different markets and have contributed across different departments.
Bhaskar was involved in building architecture to enhance Sales and Service effectiveness across the Organization & various Channel Partners. Took a Strategic view of issues within organizations, teams and individuals, analyzed the current state of systems, functions, & created end to end solutions to strengthen capabilities of the system, including designing OD and learning interventions thru the ADDIE Model.
He has effectively held active front line to senior positions which tested his grit and determination in setting up and turning around critical teams. Bhaskars exposure in diverse background in various industries has helped him demonstrate his strengths in core functional areas such as, Sales, L&D, Competency Mapping & Assessment Centers, Corporate Training Execution & Training Content Development.
