Full-time degree- Bachelor of Engineering with 9 years of experience in Telecom including-
1. NSS (Network Switching Sub-system)- Fault Management (NOC), Performance Management and Operations CS- Circuit Core Switch NSS of GSM, 3G, LTE, NGN, wireline and wireless.
2. Managing Network and Service Performance KPIs of both Core Switch NSS and RAN/BSS.
3. Operations & Maintenance of Radio Access Network (RAN) / RNC, BSS/BSC, BTS eNodeB, Small Cell, IBS
4. Project Deployment and operational maintenance of OFC (Optical Fiber), FTTH, ISP, OSP, PON, PDH SDH transmission.
 Leading a team of engineers currently.
 Presently working as Senior Engineer on permanent payrolls of Bharti Airtel Services Ltd. at Bhubaneswar, India since April 2011.
 Has working experience of leading telecom equipment vendors- Ericsson AXE, Huawei, Siemens, Nokia, Alcatel-Lucent, UTSTAR, ECI, NORTEL, Tejas, & TELLABS.
 Experience in Performance monitoring and maintenance tools like Citrix, WINFOIL, Remedy, Clarity, Metasolv.
 Working knowledge in telecom network architecture and signaling protocols used in Mobile/Fixed network - SS7, 3GPP, Mobile, LTE, SIP
 Operational maintenance of MPLS/ISP network
 Fault management and configuration of wireline, PRI, broadband and lease line services.
 Well versed in handling OFC equipment like OTDR, LSPM, Splice Machine and Ethernet Tester.
 Coordinating projects for reducing maintenance downtime enhanced system reliability during major system disruptions and reduced outage times.
 Skilled in system planning, preventive maintenance, and budget management and designing standardized procedures and training programs.
 Maintenance Management: Implementation of asset maintenance plan, preparation & monitoring of preventive maintenance schedules, work order management, planned event management, change management with documentation.
