Certified Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.1) and Painting Inspector (BGAS GRADE-2) Capable to do all inspection before, during and after Welding, Able to prepare daily Welding Inspection reports, coordinate with clients, Fit-up inspection, Welding and Painting inspection. Data entry operation, an independent worker with ability to work in a Pressurized work environment and effectively prioritize job responsibilities. Knowledge in Welding Process such as SMAW, SAW, GMAW, GTAW. Familiar with ASTM, ASME SEC II Part- C, SEC V, SEC IX, BS, EN Standards. Able to read and interpret fabrication drawings, Able to Prepare and qualify WPS and Welder. Handled third party inspection like TUV Rheinland, Moody Intertek. Familiar with Non Conformance Report and Corrective Action Report.
